cooked and pounded until the meat is moist and crispy. The batter used for this is made of different ingredients like onion (whole), garlic, ginger, pita, lemon juice etc.

The most important ingredient needed for cooking the Chicken Korma is chicken stock. So, when you prepare an Indian home-style chicken curry, you need the required amount of stock to make the gravy. In some cases, to add flavor and taste to the korma, it’s also necessary to thicken the gravy using other ingredients like yogurt or paneer powder, garlic powders and sometimes even crushed red pepper. In case you don’t have any, don’t worry because there is another great way to thicken the gravy using less or more oil. Just heat up two tablespoons of oil and place it on the saucepan. Mix both sides of saucepan till they become foam. Add chopped onions and garlic paste to the pan and let them cook. Keep stirring constantly until they become light golden brown and then add carrots to the saucepan. Once ready, serve the dish with vegetables like potatoes. It is served alongside chicken rice, or roti for breakfast.
